Pine Lake Indian Creek LLC will owner finance this property through a Contract For Deed. A Contract For Deed is a installment contract where after you have paid all the payments you get deed to the property.  The purchase price of this property under Contract For Deed is $24,000. The down payment is $2,000 and due at the time of signing the notarized contract. The interest rate is 10% each year. Your monthly payment would be $236.41. You make contract payments monthly for 15 years. To qualify for owner financing you must prove your identity and show a verifiable source of income.  We do not do background or credit checks.

DIRECTIONS
You may need 4x4 to get up to the property. The roads are rough and will cause extra wear and tear on your tires and suspension system. Directions to the property are from Lyubovs Mercantile (21106 MO-185, Potosi, MO 63664) which is about 15 miles from Potosi and 25 miles from Sullivan along Highway 185. Go straight across the road from the store down Old Jeff City Rd. (most of the roads are not marked) for .7 miles to a Y then go left. Stay on the road for .44 miles and keep straight at the T. Go about .25 miles to another Y and go RIGHT. Stay on the main road for 1.95 miles, you will have gone down a steep hollow and over a bridge. You will pass by many Y and Ts stay on the main wider road.  Turn Left after the bridge onto Pine Lake Road. Go .44 miles up the hill and the property will start on the right side of the road.
